TRT Colombia is a company dedicated to the promotion and marketing of medical services, including the generation of leads (potential clients) and their referral to medical professionals for treatments such as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related services. TRT Colombia does not provide medical services nor employ medical professionals. We act solely as intermediaries between Users and allied doctors, facilitating the connection and coordination of appointments or treatments.

2. Use of the Website

2.1. Access: Access to the website is free and intended for individuals over 18 years of age. The User declares they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Permitted Use: The website may be used to obtain information about our services, schedule initial consultations, or contact us. It is prohibited to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or purposes contrary to these terms.

2.3. Registration: Some services may require the User to provide personal data (e.g., name, email, or phone number). The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Intellectual Property

5.1. Data Collection: TRT Colombia collects personal data from the User in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

5.2. Data Use: The data will be used to manage service requests, send promotional information (if authorized by the User), and fulfill legal obligations.

6.1. Patient Referral: TRT Colombia connects Users with allied doctors for consultations or treatments. The costs, terms, and conditions of such services will be agreed directly between the User and the doctor.

6.2. Commissions: Payments for medical services are made directly to the doctors or laboratories. TRT Colombia receives commissions for its intermediation role, which do not affect the final price for the User.

6.3. Cancellations: Cancellation or refund policies will depend on the terms established by the respective allied doctor.

7. Confidentiality

TRT Colombia undertakes not to disclose the User’s confidential information to third parties, except with express authorization or legal requirement.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of the last revision. Continued use of the website after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
